In rural Bihar, where educational opportunities are often limited, initiatives like the Pratibha Khoj Pariksha 2023, conducted by the Ramlalithashish Foundation on 14 April 2023, play a crucial role in enabling students to realize their full potential. This year, 250 students participated in the examination, and 45 qualified, marking a significant milestone in their educational journey. The qualified students were awarded scholarships, including free tuition for the preparation of national merit and means scholarships, as well as books to aid their preparation. Additionally, the foundation recognizes the importance of soft skills and has integrated classes on Sundays to help students develop these essential abilities. Importance of Education in Rural Bihar

Parents meeting was conducted on 28 May 2023. Ramlalithashish Foundation had a connect with people and parents and discussed about our Vision and Mission, the work we would take up in Education, Sports, Helathcare, Sanitation and Agriculture. We also explained the importance of education and how it can lift many people at same time improving quality of life and drive necessary development and awareness among communities. Qualified students and their parents were invited. The team explained mission and vision of Foundation and In absence of trustees, Shri Ramasish Yadav and Shrimati Lalitha Devi, Shri Ramprit Ray awarded books and certificate to students qualified in Ramlalithashish Foundation Pratibha Khoj Pariksha(RLFPKP). The classes has commenced from 1st of June 2023.
